Can I download TouchMe Sounds now?

TouchMe Sounds is currently in testing. The App Store and Google Play badges are previews, not download links. Contact us if you would like to ask about testing or launch availability.

Do I need a Bose speaker?

No. Listen on your phone, use headphones or Bluetooth, or choose a compatible casting output. If you do not own Bose equipment, I Don’t Have a Bose hides Bose from the main app while leaving the account setting available.

What happens when I save an album?

Adding downloadable tracks or albums to Favourites starts their download. Existing local copies are reused. Removing that favourite cancels pending downloads and removes associated local copies. Radio remains a live stream.

Will offline music play without my NAS?

Once the tracks have downloaded, supported phone playback can use those local copies. Bose and DLNA/Cast receivers can use audio served from the phone, which must remain active and reachable on the same local network. Tracks not yet downloaded still need their original source.

Can two speakers play different things?

Compatible Bose speakers and DLNA renderers keep independent queues and playback states. The phone can also have its own session. Google Cast manages one connected receiver session at a time; AirPlay and Bluetooth route the phone session.

Why do I see a bubble instead of a graph?

Android can show a real audio graph for phone playback when audio capture is available and permission is granted. On iOS, supported downloaded audio supplies graph data; live radio uses the bubble. Bose and Cast playback use a decorative bubble because the phone does not receive decoded speaker audio.

Does the equalizer change my Bose sound?

The app equalizer applies to supported phone playback. It does not process a stream decoded directly by a remote Bose or Cast receiver.

What does Full Bose include?

The planned launch offer is a seven-day Bose trial and an optional one-off Full Bose purchase, including ad removal. It is not a recurring subscription. Final pricing and store purchase availability will be announced at launch.

How do I connect a speaker?

Keep the phone and speaker on the same reachable local network. Guest Wi-Fi or client isolation can block discovery. SoundTouch and DLNA media servers must be discoverable; Bose Smart may require an account connection. Supported Google Cast receivers are discovered on Android.

Which music servers work with Music Shares?

Use a supported DLNA/UPnP media server, including NAS devices with their media-server feature enabled. A Windows or SMB share alone is not a DLNA catalogue. Supported local folders and direct audio links are separate ways to bring in music.

Are all Open Music tracks royalty-free?

No. Open catalogues contain tracks with different licences and restrictions. Listen and reuse content only as its provider and licence permit. TouchMe does not grant copyright permissions or promise commercial-use rights.

How do I get help?

Email support@touchmesounds.app with your phone model, iOS or Android version, app build, speaker model and a short description of what happened. Include the station or track name where helpful. Please do not send passwords or account tokens.
